4.3.2. Live Exchange Server

Stellar Migrator for Outlookprovides a feature to connect exchange server through Admin or User credentials and migrate the scanned mailbox to a liveMS Exchange Server.

Steps to migrate the scanned mailbox to live MS Exchange Server:

1. RunStellar Migrator for Outlook.

2. SeeSelect and Repair File, to know how to select and scan mailbox for migrating.

3. After scanning the mailbox, see连接到授权交流countto know how to connect licensing portal.

Note:Only for the first time, you will be prompted to enter user name and password for connecting to the licensing account.

4. ClickMigrate MailboxfromHomeribbon,Remaining Licence Countsscreen appears. It shows the number of software licenses remaining and progress license counts.

5. ClickOK.Migrate Mailboxscreen appears.

6. SelectLive Exchange Serveroption fromMigrate Mailboxwindow and clickNext.

7. Exchange Server Detailswindow appears.

8. There are two options:

(a) Login as Domain Administrator:Use this option when you have administrator credential details.

(i) ChooseLogin as Domain Administratorradio button.

(ii) EnterExchange Server Namein the text field.

Note:Exchange 2010 and Highercheck box is by default selected, unselect it if not required. This software will not supportExchange server below 2010.

(iii) Click下一个。

(iv)Enter Detailsdialog box appears.

(v) Under域管理细节section enterEmail ID,Name, andPassword.

(vi) UnderDestination Mailbox Detailssection enter destinationEmail IDwhere you want to migrate your mailbox.

Note:

• Recover Deleted Itemscheck box is by default selected, unselect it if not required.

• Refer to sectionApply Advance Filter, to know how to apply filter.

(vii) ClickMigrateto move your mailbox on the server.

(b) Login as Domain User:Use this option when you have user account credential details to connect live exchange server.

(i) ChooseLogin as Domain Userradio button.

(ii) EnterExchange Server Namein the text field.

Note:Exchange 2010 and Highercheck box is by default selected, unselect it if not required. This software will not supportExchange server below 2010.

(iii) Click下一个。

(iv)Enter Detailsdialog box appears.

(v) EnterEmail ID,MailboxName, andPassword.

Note:

(vi) ClickOKto connect to your exchange server mailbox.

(vii) Migrating process starts, if you want to stop the process clickStopbutton.

(viii) After successful migrating process,Migration completedialog box appears with message "Migration Successful".

(ix) ClickOKto complete the process.
