StellarRepair for Outlook
This section explains how to save repaired outlook data file in PST or other formats. This section also describes how to export repaired data file into Existing Outlook Profile, Microsoft 365, and Live Exchange Server. Before saving or exporting a repaired file, read this section carefully.
Note: Before you start the saving process of repaired files make sure thatMicrosoft Outlookis closed.
Once selected outlook data file has been repaired, clickSave Repaired FilefromHomeribbon.Save Aswindow appears with following options. Choose any one of the options as per your requirements.
Note: If you have repaired default OST file usingProfile Listoption and want to save repaired file in this case alsoSave Asoptions will appear same as listed above.
TheSave Asoptions will differ only如果你有修复默认PST文件使用Profile Listoption and want to save repaired file. In this case, either you can save repaired PST file as a defaultMailbox Configurationor you canBrowseand clickOKto save repaired file at specific destination.
Run StellarStellar Repair for Outlook
SeeSelect and Repair File, to know how to select and repair corrupted outlook data files.
ClickSave Repaired FilefromHomeribbon to save repaired PST file.
Select Destinationscreen appears. ClickBrowseto save repaired PST file at specified destination.
Note:
Recover Deleted Itemscheck box is selected by default, uncheck it if deleted repair items are not required.
ClickApply Advance Filterif you want to apply filter on the repaired files.
ClickOK
After the saving process is completed,SavingCompletedialog box appears with the message "PST mailbox repaired and configured in your Outlook successfully". It shows the path and size of the repaired file.
ClickOKto complete the process.
Note:If you save repaired PST file as a default destination, the data file will be saved and configured with the same mailbox attributes.
Note: To view the recovered Outlook data, open the repaired file inMicrosoft Outlook. You will find the recovered data under the "Top of Outlook data file" folder in the same Mailbox attributes as before.
