4.6. Remove Apple ID

You can use theRemove Apple IDoption to remove the Apple ID from your iOS device. By using this option, you can remove the configured Apple ID from the device and create a new Apple ID. You can also use this option when you forgot yourApple ID'spassword. This option allows you to remotely erase the previous Apple ID when you lost the credentials.

Note: The feature ofRemove Apple IDis compatible withiPhone5and above only.

To use the Remove Apple ID option of the software, follow the steps given below:

1. RunStellar Toolkit for iPhoneand selectRemove Apple ID.

2.Remove Apple IDscreen appears with information related to the removing process. ClickNext.

3. On theClick Device to Selectscreen, click on the iPhone icon to select the device from that you want to remove theApple ID.

4. On theDownload the MatchingFirmware Packagescreen, click on theDownloadbutton to download the latest version of the firmware file to repair the iOS device. The process will open on your default browser, download the firmware file and save the downloaded file in your system and import that firmware file by click on进口button.

You can also import the firmware file that you have already downloaded before.

4. After importing the firmware file,Download the MatchingFirmware Packagescreen displays a message of successful import. ClickResetbutton to continue the removing process.

6.苹果ID被移除iOS device. Please wait...screen displays the progress of the removing process.

Note:While the removing process, if your scanning process got failed, then you have to uninstall theApple Recovery (iboot) USB Composite Devicefrom the device list.To uninstall the device from the list you have to perform the following steps:

1. Go to theThis PCand right-click on the mouse and then click onManagetab.

2. Go to theDevice Managerin theSystem Toolsfrom the left pane of the screen.Device Managerdisplays the list of all the connected devices in the middle pane.

3. From the middle pane, click onUniversal Serial Bus Devices,list of USB devices will displayed. Right-click onApple Recovery (iboot) USB Composite Deviceto uninstall the device from the list.

4. Uninstall Devicedialog box opens to confirm your action, selectUninstall来确认。

Note:By defaultDelete the driver software for the devicecheck-box is unchecked. If you want to delete the driver software then kindly check the check-box.

5. After uninstalling the device, you have to disconnect the device from the system and reconnect the device to restart the removing process.

7."Process to remove Apple IDis completed"message appears after successful completion of removing process. ClickOK.
