4.1.4.2.1.1. How to Manually Map Mailbox for Office 365

TheMap Mailboxesdialog box displays a list ofMappedandNot Mappedmailboxes. To map theNot Mappedmailboxes or to change the destination mailbox of aMappedMailbox follow the steps given below:

1. On theMap Mailboxesdialog box, click on theEditicon of the respective row of the mailbox. AMap to Destination Mailboxdialog box appears, as shown below:

2. TheMap to Destination Mailboxdialog box lists all the existing mailboxes on theOffice 365Server. This dialog box has the following two columns:

• Mailbox Name:邮箱的名称通常是用户名recipient in the destination server. This column shows the name of the existing mailbox of the user on theOffice 365Server.

• Mailbox Email ID:Mailbox Email ID shows the e-mail address of the recipient of the destination server.

3. Click on the desired row of the mailbox to select the user for mapping. You can also search using theMailbox NameorMailbox Email IDusing the search bars on the top of the respective column.

4. ClickOKto select the mailbox for mapping and return to theMap Mailboxesscreen.
