4.4. Import PST files in MS Outlook

To import PST file in Microsoft Outlook 2021 / 2019 / 2016 / 2013:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook. FromFileMenu, selectOpen & Export.

2. SelectImport / Exportoption from the right pane.

3. FromImport and Export Wizardwindow, select Import from another program or file, and clickNext.

4. InImport a Filedialog box, select Outlook Data File (.pst), and clickNext.

5. ClickBrowseto locate the PST file that needs to be imported. In the options box, select an appropriate option. ClickNext.

6. InImport Outlook Data Filedialog box, select the folders that should be imported in Microsoft Outlook. ClickFinish.

To import PST file in Microsoft Outlook 2010:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook. FromFileMenu, select Open ->Import.

2. FromImport and Export Wizardwindow, select Import from another program or file, and clickNext.

3. InImport a Filedialog box, select Outlook Data File (.pst), and clickNext.

4. ClickBrowseto locate the PST file that needs to be imported. In the options box, select an appropriate option. ClickNext.

5. InImport Outlook Data Filedialog box, select the folders that should be imported in Microsoft Outlook. ClickFinish.
