4.1.1. Select File and Convert

This section describes how to select Mail Client's file, if location is known. Using this option, you can select and convert individual MBOX file of selected mail client.

Note:ForApple Mail,ClawsMail,MozillaMail,OperaMail, andSylpheedmail clientsSelect Fileoption is disabled.

Steps to select and convert mail client file:

1.RunStellar Converter for MBOX.

2. SeeSelect Mail Client, to know how to select anEmail Client.

3. After selecting the an Email Client, clickSelect Fileoption.

4. InOpendialog box, select the Mail Client's file you want to convert and clickOpen.

Note:You can list multiple files of selected mail client. Each file of mail client you need to list individually.

5. Selected file path is displayed in theFile Pathtext box. Each selected file is auto listed under theFile Pathsection. This section showsFile PathandFile Sizeof the selected file.

Note:You can uncheck the check box, if listed file is not required to convert.

6. ClickConvertto start the conversion process.

7. After the process is completed, aConversion Completedialog box appears with a message "Scanning completed successfully".

8. ClickOKto complete the process.
