4.4. Import PST files in MS Outlook

To import PST file in Microsoft Outlook 2021 / 2019 / 2016 / 2013:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook. FromFileMenu, selectOpen & Export.

2. Select进口/ Exportoption from the right pane.

3. From进口and Export Wizardwindow, select Import from another program or file, and clickNext.

4. In进口a Filedialog box, select Outlook Data File (.pst), and clickNext.

5. ClickBrowseto locate the PST file that needs to be imported. In the options box, select an appropriate option. ClickNext.

6. In进口Outlook Data Filedialog box, select the folders that should be imported in Microsoft Outlook. ClickFinish.

To import PST file in Microsoft Outlook 2010:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook. FromFileMenu, select Open ->进口.

2. From进口and Export Wizardwindow, select Import from another program or file, and clickNext.

3. In进口a Filedialog box, select Outlook Data File (.pst), and clickNext.

4. ClickBrowseto locate the PST file that needs to be imported. In the options box, select an appropriate option. ClickNext.
