4.7. Apply Advance Filter

Stellar Converter for OLMprovides an advanced filtering feature based on Date Range,sender's email ID,or excluding specific folders. You can also choose to split the oversized mailboxes automatically while saving the converted mailbox.

You can set your filter preferences on the Apply Filter window, as displayed below:

• Auto Split:

  • Auto split PST file: You can choose to auto split your converted mailbox while saving it as a PST file. This option automatically splits the oversized mailbox. It ensures that the converted mailbox works smoothly with MS Outlook. The size at which the mailbox is split depends on the version of MS Outlook installed on the computer. For example, the latest version of MS Outlook works fine with PSTs upto the size of 50 GB. ThereforeStellar Converter for OLMsplits the output PST at approximately 45 GB in size. By default, auto split option is enabled. Disable the option, if auto split of a new PST file is not required.

• Exclude Folders:

  • Junk Mail Folder:You can choosethis checkbox to exclude junk email files and folders.

  • Deleted Mail Folder:You can choose这个复选框来排除删除电子邮件文件和folders.

• Date Range:You can choose the date range to save relevant data of a specific period and exclude the rest. Choose theStart DateandEnd Dateof the mailbox.

• Exclude Mails from Mailboxes:This option helps to enter the list to exclude specific senders ID's from all the mailboxes.

1. Enter the sender's email ID, from whom you want the mails to be excluded.

2. Then clickAdd to Listbutton to list sender ID's under theEmail Addresssection.
   Note:All the checkboxes are selected by default, unselect the checkboxes that are not required.

Once the changes are done, clickApplybutton to save the changes. ClickCancelto exit the window without committing the changes.
