4.5. Import PST file in MS Outlook

To import PST file in Microsoft Outlook 2021 / 2019:

1. OpenMicrosoft Outlook. FromFile Ribbon，selectOpen & Export.

2. Select进口/ Exportoption from the right pane.

3. From进口and Export Wizardwindow, select进口from another program or file，clickNext.

4. In进口a Filedialog box, selectOutlook Data File(pst)，clickNext.

5. ClickBrowseto locate the PST file that needs to be imported. In the options box, select an appropriate option. ClickNext.

6. In进口Outlook Data Filedialog box, select the folders that should be imported in Microsoft Outlook. ClickFinish.

To import PST file in Microsoft Outlook 2016 / 2013:

1. OpenMicrosoft Outlook. FromFile Ribbon，selectOpen & Export.
