4.4.1.1. Save as PST Normally

Stellar Converter for OSTallows you to save the converted mails to a PST file. The software provides options to compress, split and filter file before saving.

Steps to save converted outlook data file as a PST format:

1. RunStellar Converter for OST.

2. SeeSelect and Convert OST File, to know how to select and convert the file.

3. ClickSave Converted FilefromHomeribbon to open aSave Aswindow.

4. ChooseSave As PSTand clickNext.

5. Save As PSTwindow appears,ChooseSave PST Normallyoption and clickNext.

6. Select Destinationscreen appears, clickBrowseto save converted OST file at specified destination.

Note:

• Recover Deleted Itemscheck box is selected by default, uncheck it if recover deleted items are not required.

• Auto split PST filecheck box is selected by default, uncheck it if you do not want to split converted OST file. This option helps to auto split new PST file at approximately 45 GB in size.

• ClickApply Advance Filterif you want to apply filter on the converted files.

7. ClickOK.

8. After the saving process is completed,SavingCompletedialog box appears. It shows the path and size of the converted file.

9. Click'How to import PST file?'to know how to import the new PST file in MS Outlook.

10. ClickOKto complete the process.
