5.2.5. Preview Chart of Accounts

Stellar Repair for QuickBooks® Softwareprovides option to preview Chart of Accounts information.

Steps to preview Chart of Accounts information:

1. RunStellar Repair for QuickBooks® Software.

2. To know how to select and find QuickBooks® file (QBW) or QuickBooks® Backup file (QBB), seeSelect and Find QuickBooks® file for recovery.
3. When you clickOKonScan Logwindow, preview of the selected file data is displayed.
4. Companyon menu bar is selected by default and the screen shows the Company details as shown below:

5. The screen is divided into two sections:
   1. The left section hasSelect Optionwith following tabs. SelectChart of Accounts:

• Company
• Chart of Accounts
• Items & Services

2. The right section shows the preview ofChart of Accountsdata. Data includes,

• Account Name,Type,Description, andBalance

Note: At the bottom, the number ofChart of Accountsfound is shown.
