4.6.1. General Reports

These reports display the general details of the public folders in an Exchange Organization. The details include public folder name, path, size, legacy exchange DN and other relevant details.

Reports included under this category are:

1.Public Folders List

This report lists all the public folders in an exchange organization with its path, number of messages and size.

To view Public Folders List report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Public Folders.
UnderGeneral Reports, click onPublic Folders List.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

2.Mail Enabled Public Folder

This report lists all the mail enabled public folders in the selected exchange organization. Folder name, path, E-mail and legacy exchange DN are the attributes listed in this report.

To view Mail Enabled Public Folder report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Public Folders.
UnderGeneral Reports, click onMail Enabled Public Folder.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

3.Public Folder Size

This report lists all the public folders in an exchange organization with the number of messages and total size in GB associated with each folder.

To view Public Folder Size report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Public Folders.
UnderGeneral Reports, click onPublic Folder Size.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.
