4.3.3. User-wise Traffic Reports

User-wise Traffic Reports provide traffic details of every individual user on the exchange server.

Various reports listed under User-wise Traffic Reports are:

1.Number of Mails Sent by a User

This report provides details regarding number of mails sent by selected users on the exchange server. The details include sender display name, external domain name, number of messages sent and size of messages in MB.

To view Number of Mails Sent by a User report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Email Traffic.
UnderUser-wise Traffic Report, click onNumber of Mails Sent by a User.
UnderFilter,
- In thePeriodfield, select the time period from the drop down options.
- InMail Sent byfield, select the users. ClickGo.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

2.Size of Mails Sent by a user

This report provides details regarding size of mails sent by selected users on the exchange server. The details include sender display name, external domain name, number of messages sent and size of messages in MB.

To view Size of Mails Sent by a User report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Email Traffic.
UnderUser-wise Traffic Report, click onSize of Mails Sent by a User.
UnderFilter,
- In thePeriodfield, select the time period from the drop down options.
- InMail Sent byfield, select the users. ClickGo.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

3.Number of Mails Received by a User

This report provides details regarding number of mails received by selected users on the exchange server. The details include external domain name, recipient display name, number of messages sent and size of messages in MB.

This report provides details related to number of mails sent by an individual user on the exchange server to particular domain. The details include date, message subject, message size (KB), recipients name, message id and senders name.

To view Number of Mails Sent to a Domain report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Email Traffic.
UnderUser-wise Traffic Report, click on发送的邮件数量域。
UnderFilter,
- In thePeriodfield, select the time period from the drop down options.
- InMail Sent byfield, select the users. ClickGo.

6.Number of Mails Received from a Domain

This report provides details related to size of mails received by an individual user on the exchange server from a particular domain. The details include date, message subject, message size (KB), recipients name, message id and senders name.

To view Number of Mails Received from a Domain report:

From theNavigation Pane,click onReport -> Email Traffic.
UnderUser-wise Traffic Report, click onNumber of Mails Received from a Domain.
UnderFilter,
