In general, when you try to register a software say for example Stellar Repair for Exchange software, you may encounter PhoenixDLL.dll error.

They claim to be 24/5 but I have been down for hours and they have yet to respond to Chat or email. This company has lost what made it great. I will not be renewing my subscription with them next year. Horrible response to a true client in need. Same junk issues with activation of the software. Mind you they gave me a new key that does not work.

which version of outlook is supported for 3.0.0.0

Stellar Repair for Exchange version 3 is an older version which is not compatible with latest version of outlook.
Please use the latest version 9 which is compatible with latest version of outlook.
DLL registered fine, still receiving error message after reboot. Making comment since there is no useful information on your support website
