1- Open Applications folder.

2- Select app

I was just trying the app but I just cancell the operation.
I took ages to close so I force to close it.

Hello. Your website claims to offer a free trial. When I went to recover my photos I was redirected to a link where I would have to pay for the full service to actually recover my photos. Did I do something wrong? If so please let me know. If I didn't do anything wrong then your free trial isn't free and that is false advertising.
