You can use Stellar® software products to quickly migrate mailboxes and mail items from an offline or corrupt Exchange database (EDB) file to Microsoft 365 or Office 365. But before you begin, you must ensure a few pre-requisites that we have discussed below.
Verify following steps while migrating offline EDB to Office 365
- You need to have a Microsoft Office 365 user account for exporting data to Office 365.
- You must login to the computer using user credentials of your office 365 having Administrator rights.
- You must configure the Outlook profile of office 365 using the account having Administrator rights.
- For multiple users in Office 365 user needs to configure Administrator account in Microsoft office. Also , all the users should have administrator rights before starting the export process.
- All the mailbox on Office 365 in which you want to export the data should have Administrator rights.
- 管理员应该Office 365帐户all the mailboxes already created in the alternate mailbox store before starting the export process.
- To save mailbox data in Office 365 you need to install service pack 2 for Office 2010 and above versions.
- For Domain systems, you cannot export offline data to Office 365.
- After mapping, the list displays the Office 365 E-Mail IDs, of the same domain that was used while logging.
