Stellar Windows Data Recovery software allows you to search and recover data from lost and deleted partitions of a hard disk. You should use ‘Can’t Find Drive’ option to recover data from an accidentally deleted partition. This option will search and list all the deleted and lost partitions in the hard disk along with existing volumes.
To recover lost partition:
- RunStellar Windows Data Recovery.
- From ‘Select What to Recover’ screen, select the type of data i.e. Everything, Documents, Folders & Emails or Multimedia Files, you want to recover.
- Click on Next.
- On ‘Select Location’ screen, select ‘Can't Find Drive’ from Other Locations.
- Click on ‘Scan’.
- In the ‘Select Drive’ section all the hard drives connected to the system are listed with their details. From this section, choose a hard drive you want to scan for lost partitions and click Search. A scan for lost or deleted partitions will be performed in the selected disk or drive.
- Any 'lost partition' detected, will be listed in the Partition Found section.
- From the list of partitions found, select any desired partition and click ‘Scan’ to continue with the recovery process.
If you can't find your desired partition in the Partition Found section, you can chooseDeep Scan optionto perform a comprehensive scan of the selected drive for deleted or lost partition.
"stellarphoenixwindowsdatarecovery.exe has stopped working" error in phase 6 of 7. I have no options other than to close it and unfortunately the last 5 hours of scanning is not saved. I've tried this on a Mac (trial version) and on a PC with the paid version. I've also tried both drives from a RAID 0 buffalo NAS and the same error occurs at the same duration into the scan in all situations. Please advise, asap.

Hi, I can't seem to get a response from support. I didn't get an email at all when I purchased the product and I can't seem to get assistance and I've been trying to work on this for 8 hours now and files aren't showing up since I'm pretty sure everything is corrupted and lost and customer service isn't responding to my emails so it's kinda frustrating and I'd rather just get a refund and get a new hard drive. thank you.

J,ai acheté le logiciel stellar et il semble bien fonctionner mais si je veux aller récupérer des fichiers sur un lecteur de cd ou DVD il le reconnait mais quand je crochète la lettre ou est mon lecteur de cd et je clique sur récupérer le logiciel disparaît et ne fait rien pourquoi
